- Candidate must have a Master’s degree or equivalent in Psychology or a closely related field (e.g., Clinical Psychology, Applied Psychology, Counselling Psychology, Organizational Psychology, etc.). The degree must be awarded by a recognized university with a minimum of 55% aggregate marks (50% for reserved category candidates) or an equivalent grade.
- Applicants holding professional qualifications in Psychology (e.g., M.Phil. in Psychology) or related disciplines may also be eligible, subject to university norms.
- Candidates must qualify for the university’s Ph.D. Entrance Test (PET) or have a valid score in recognized national-level exams such as UGC-NET, SET, SLET, or equivalent.
